From a young age, he lived and breathed the real estate market, gaining firsthand exposure to property acquisition, development strategy, value creation, and long term investment vision. This early immersion laid the foundation for his intuitive grasp of market cycles, buyer psychology, and the fundamentals of successful development.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Yaniv quickly established himself as a developer of luxury properties, completing and selling numerous high end residences across the city.
